Aisling’s Core Services are foundational, fixed services included with every Fully Managed IT Service Level Agreement. These essential resources ensure your business receives consistent, strategic, and reliable IT support to drive efficiency, security, and growth.

  • vCIO (Virtual Chief Information Officer): Your dedicated vCIO provides expert strategic direction, IT budgeting, technology planning, and ongoing consulting. Through regular account reviews and IT roadmaps, we help guide your digital transformation, ensuring your technology aligns with long-term business goals.

  • Managed Services Concierge: Serving as your trusted advisor and single point of contact, the Concierge coordinates between your vCIO and Aisling’s service team. They manage all account-related inquiries—including IT services, invoices, and business technology—ensuring smooth communication and support for decision-making, collaboration, compliance, security, and business continuity.

  • Client Management Tools: We leverage a suite of enterprise-grade tools including Professional Services Automation (PSA), ticketing systems, CRM, Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM), documentation platforms, secure communication, notifications, and data privacy solutions. These tools ensure transparency, efficiency, and responsive support.

  • Vendor Technical Assistance: Aisling directly coordinates with your technology vendors for issue resolution, including opening and escalating support tickets, troubleshooting, and collaborating on incident remediation. We also provide basic environment details or access (with client approval) to support vendor needs, such as IP allocation or allowing specific network traffic. This covers hardware vendors, software firms, cloud providers, ISPs, telecom providers, copier/printer companies, and more.

  • Procurement Services: We source products exclusively from authorized channels, recommending only reliable, business-class solutions. Aisling handles product configuration, registration, licensing, warranty management, and verification to ensure all technology is genuine, optimized, and ready to deploy.

  • Network Management: Comprehensive network oversight includes real-time monitoring, administration, performance reporting, domain name and SSL certificate management, as well as remote and on-site incident remediation. Our proactive approach ensures your network remains secure, efficient, and operational.

Note: Clients with multiple locations and expanded network or vendor support needs may incur additional Core Services charges based on scope and complexity.

We go beyond traditional IT support by actively engaging with our clients in regularly scheduled Strategic Business Reviews led by a dedicated vCIO. Unlike providers that take on as many clients as possible, Aisling limits new client onboardings to just two per month. This deliberate approach allows us to maintain a high standard of service and implement comprehensive, data-driven quality controls from the outset. By investing time and precision into the onboarding process, we build a strong foundation that delivers increasing operational efficiency and measurable value throughout the relationship.

Our Service Level Agreement (SLA) ensures that every issue is addressed with the appropriate urgency, prioritizing response times based on severity levels—P1 to P4:

  • P1: Critical issues like major server or cloud application outages receive immediate attention.

  • P4: Low-priority tasks such as password resets are handled efficiently, and we even offer self-service password solutions to save time and eliminate ticket submissions for routine requests.
